The historic property consists of a farmhouse, a historic barn, and a detached garage. The house is 4,354 square feet; sits on 14 acres; it has 10 rooms and 5 bathrooms, plus an attic and basement. A fire occurred at the house in June 2022, and it is currently under renovation. It is not currently able to host shoots in its interior due however, until the renovations are completed, the land, the exterior of the house, and the exterior of the barn can be used for film shoots.
