Many of our clients spend a lot of time prepping the interior of their properties and rightfully so, but there is one part the home that we find gets little attention, but it has been a cinematic star for generations; the steps (or the stoop if you are from Brooklyn). Most of our Location Managers spend a lot of time scoping out the exterior of a property before even setting foot inside. The stoop is that congregation area that can set the arc of a film.
